How does the 7 day trial work?
Genesis offers a 7 Day Free Trial on all of our plans and we don't even ask for your credit card information. Give our service a test run and if you like it, just upgrade at the end of the trial period. Remember, as always, you can cancel at any time!
Can I choose any plan for my free trial?
You may use any of our plans to test our service with your free trial from the Basic to Corporate plan. Choose the plan that best fits your needs to begin testing all of our features.
Can I change plans in the future?
After your free trial, you may change to any of our plans. However, during your trial period, you cannot change plans. If you wish to try a different plan, contact our customer support; each situation is unique and is handled accordingly. If you wish to change your plan, visit the billing section on your Account dashboard.
What happens once my trial ends?
When your free trial ends, your account will be placed on hold for 7 days. The only features that will be available to you during the hold period is your billing and upgrade tabs on your Account dashboard. In order to resume the service, you will need to upgrade your account to any of the plans, even if the plan is different than the one you tested during the trial period.
Can I cancel my account anytime?
Absolutely! We make it easy for you to try our service without committing to a contract. If you are not convinced, you can cancel your account any time by visiting the billing section on your Account dashboard. Alternatively, you may contact customer support.
How can I change my payment method?
To change your payment method for an active subscription, visit the billing section on your Account dashboard. We accept PayPal, Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express.
